We recently had the opportunity to work with Alex Opuszynski on an off-market transaction. It was a tricky property with lots of moving pieces(tenants, utilities, permitting, etc.). He is extremely competent in navigating values and will give you very straightforward advice. He was very fair, friendly, and most importantly, honest. As a second time home buyer, looking for a more extravagant house, that would in turn be my forever home with a growing family I knew I needed someone on my side that was willing to go the extra mile. And that person for me was Alex. He helped me from the beginning to the end, went above and beyond, found the perfect house (off market!), and was able to get us a showing and an contract in place all before the house was even listed. The best part is that Alex didn’t stop there, he helped find the seller a new house, an offer accepted, and drove that closing to be completed ahead of our closing date so we could move in to our perfect house. Alex is a consummate professional. As a first time home buyer Alex was the first person I contacted and I was not disappointed. We put in a as is offer of $200,000 and he was able to work it down to $184,500, we were blown away. Being a first time home buyer I had some doubts but Alex’s confidence and knowledge put my mind at ease. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Big or small deal it doesn’t matter Alex and his team are the right ones for the job.
